River Gravel and Sand Mining Guideline Development Report

The analysis covers conflicts among miners, between miners and other parties (like landowners or buyers), and those related to resource ownership and environmental concerns. The report also assesses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) within the sector regarding conflict.
