Held in Dodoma on 24–25 July 2025, this national workshop brought together government, women miners, and sector stakeholders to strengthen women’s leadership, safety, and access to opportunities in artisanal and small-scale mining. The event marked the launch of a national effort to support women in Development Minerals and the release of the ASM Baseline Study to guide future action.
