Census of artisanal and small-scale miners in Cameroon

To promote the sustainable growth of Development Minerals in Cameroon, the Programme conducted a census of artisanal and small-scale miners involved in Development Minerals mining across the country. This initiative identified miners and other small-scale mining operators, as well as their operational sites throughout the national territory. A list of identified artisans was compiled for each region, categorized by gender and the type of Development Mineral they exploit.
